最新报道：According to Bijie.com, blockchain lending platform Figure Technology Solutions announced details of its initial public offering (IPO). The offering consists of 26,315,789 shares of Class A common stock, of which 21,461,085 were issued by Figure and 4,854,704 were issued by certain selling shareholders. The IPO price is expected to be between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. Figure will not receive any proceeds from any sales by the selling shareholders. Figure expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,947,368 shares of Class A common stock at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Figure has also applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "FIGR."
