Withdrawals remain unavailable, and a significant amount of user funds have been frozen. KOL Crypto Fearless stated that they deposited 50,000 USDT but have yet to receive an official response. Bitroo's founder is reportedly An Xinxin, the former CEO of Bijie.com. According to community users, Bitroo issued an official email statement in March 2025 stating that due to an incident at an upstream partner mining farm, computing power leasing and mining machine hosting services had been suspended.
