Updated Solana ETF Filings Indicate “Positive Back and Forth” Between Asset Managers and SEC
-
最新报道：On August 29, multiple asset managers including Canary/Marinade, Franklin Templeton, 21Shares, Fidelity, CoinShares, Bitwise, and VanEck submitted updated filings for spot Solana ETFs, indicating ongoing discussions with the SEC. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart noted the coordinated timing reflects "positive back and forth" between issuers and regulators. The SEC recently extended its review deadlines for these proposals to October 16, citing the need for more time to evaluate compliance with exchange rules. This activity highlights growing institutional interest in Solana as a regulated investment product.
