最新报道:According to Bijie.com, World Liberty Financial, a decentralized finance project backed by the Trump family, has detailed the percentage of its $100 billion supply that will be available for trading, with the token entering the spot market. Binance has announced the launch of WLFI/USDT and WLFI/USDC spot trading pairs, becoming the first major centralized cryptocurrency exchange to list the asset. The trading pair officially launched at 1:00 PM UTC on September 1st, marking WLFI's debut on a centralized exchange (CEX). Several other exchanges, including Upbit and Gate, have also announced plans to support the trading. In a press release, World Liberty Financial stated that 24.67 billion WLFI (approximately 24.67% of the 100 billion supply) will be in circulation at market opening. 10 billion tokens constitute World Liberty Financial, Inc.'s unlocked ecosystem allocation. 7 billion tokens were allocated to Alt5 Sigma Corporation, which plans to hold nearly 8% of the total supply as part of its funding strategy. An additional 2.8 billion tokens were earmarked for liquidity and marketing. The token launch coincided with the first day of unlocking. Approximately 20% of the WLFI purchased by early investors in the $0.015 and $0.05 funding rounds will be available for redemption through the project's lockbox process, which the team previously stated represents approximately 5% of the total supply. According to a blog post, this equates to approximately 4 billion tokens and represents the initial allocation to public sale participants. The outstanding supply at the time of issuance consists of: 19.96 billion WLFI for the treasury, 33.51 billion tokens for the team, 16 billion WLFI as a lockup for the public sale, and 5.8 billion tokens for strategic partners, each subject to vesting or lockup conditions. World Liberty Financial's spot offering follows several days of pre-IPO activity. Derivatives trading volume surged on its CEX debut, with WLFI perpetual contract volume jumping approximately 400% on Sunday. Given a 100 billion token supply, the perpetual contract was priced at just over $0.30, implying a fully diluted valuation of over $30 billion at the launch, despite a much smaller disclosed tradable float. According to price data from The Block, if the price remains constant after the launch, WLFI's market capitalization would be on par with Sui, Dogecoin, and Tron, at approximately $32 billion to $33 billion. Early buyers could also receive a paper return of up to 20 times their initial investment, depending on the perpetual market price. World Liberty Financial, launched in 2024, is a DeFi platform designed to connect traditional financial products with on-chain finance. The project has received public support from US President Donald Trump and his family, including Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump. According to previous project information, the protocol primarily runs on Ethereum and uses Aave V3 for lending, with audited reserves and established custodial relationships. WLFI is the project's governance token and can be used to vote on protocol parameters, incentive programs, and growth initiatives. While initially non-transferable, World Liberty holders approved trading of the asset as early as July. In a related update, World Liberty also launched USD1 on Solana, expanding the stablecoin's reach beyond Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Tron. USD1 is described as a fully reserved, redeemable token for US dollars designed to enable fast settlement on a high-throughput network. The Block's data dashboard shows that the asset has a market capitalization of $2.6 billion, ranking it as the sixth-largest stablecoin.
