最新报道：According to Bijie.com, BasedApp has announced that it will cease offering Visa card services in Singapore. Effective immediately, the company has stopped accepting new Visa card applications from Singaporean users and will officially deactivate all Visa debit cards on November 15, 2025. Users must withdraw their account funds by November 30th. Overdue assets (over $1) will be automatically converted to USDC and transferred to the user's self-hosted wallet. Based stated that it will focus on its self-hosted wallet software and international expansion beyond Singapore, and has withdrawn its application for a payment services license in Singapore. Based is Hyperliquid's one-stop trading platform.
