最新报道：According to the news from Bijie.com, Hong Kong-listed company Huajian Medical (stock code 01931) issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Final Touch Ltd. intends to acquire a total of approximately 1.848 billion shares of Guofu Quantum (stock code 00290), accounting for approximately 20.31% of the target company's total issued share capital, for a consideration of approximately HK$3.142 billion, which will be paid by the company through the allotment and issuance of consideration shares at the issue price (HK$9.69 per share) under the general authorization.
