最新报道:According to Bijie.com, several leading asset managers have updated their Solana filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The race to launch the first Solana-based spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) is intensifying. The revised filings, filed on August 29th, suggest that issuers are actively addressing regulatory feedback, attempting to replicate the path paved by Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs. With the SEC deadline approaching, the Solana ETF is expected to attract over $8 billion in capital. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart noted that firms including Canary Capital, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, Fidelity, 21Shares, Grayscale, CoinShares, and Bitwise appear to be engaging in constructive dialogue with the SEC. Solana ETF applications have steadily grown over the past few months, with at least 16 products awaiting review. Some filings require a final decision from the SEC by mid-October, a development that could accelerate momentum in the digital asset ETF market. Analysts say the probability of approval currently exceeds 90%, indicating the SEC's willingness to review revised proposals rather than outright reject them. Furthermore, forecasts for inflows into these products are quite optimistic. Market observers predict Solana products will attract up to $8 billion once trading begins. They cite the network's rapid transformation into an institutional-grade asset as a driver of demand. Indeed, investor interest in Solana is already evident in related products. Since its July launch, the REXShares Solana Staking ETF has continued to attract steady inflows. On August 29th, the fund added $11 million in capital, bringing its assets under management to over $200 million for the first time. Notably, Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas noted that REX is in the process of restructuring the fund into a registered investment company. According to Balchunas, this change is expected to reduce tax inefficiencies and enhance the competitiveness of the Solana spot ETF following its launch. All of these developments highlight the rapid pace with which Solana has entered the mainstream investment conversation. With the amendment filed and the SEC’s decision imminent, asset managers are positioning the cryptocurrency, along with Bitcoin and Ethereum, as a core component of the next wave of U.S.-listed digital asset ETFs.
