Arkham today attributed the address moonmanifest.eth to XPL hedge sniper Techno Revenant. This address invested $15 million (consisting of 13 million USDC and 2.01 million USDT) in the first round of WLFI's public offering seven months ago and currently holds 1 billion WLFI, representing 1.0007% of the total token supply.
