最新报道:According to Bijie.com, software development company Eliza Labs sued Elon Musk's X Corp. on August 29th, accusing the company of obtaining critical technical information before suspending Eliza's account and launching an AI-mimicking product. Eliza and its founder and plaintiff, Shaw Walters, claim that X tricked them into sharing technical details about AI agents running on social platforms and forced developers to pay exorbitant enterprise licensing fees to continue operating. The lawsuit alleges that X abused its dominant position in social media to suppress competitors, violating antitrust laws. Eliza emphasized that its removal from the platform was not a publishing decision, but rather a "calculated and deceitful" act that damaged the company's relationships with customers and restricted its growth. The case is currently in federal court in San Francisco. Representatives for X and Eliza have not yet responded to requests for comment.
