He noted that DATs offer superior liquidity and, leveraging distributed ledgers, enable rapid conversion between traditional and crypto assets, while ETF subscriptions and redemptions require intermediaries and are time-consuming. DATs also offer greater price elasticity than ETFs, provide more appropriate leverage, fill the gap in single-asset investments, and incorporate built-in downside protection mechanisms. Dr. Xiao Feng believes that DATs are expected to become a highly promising investment tool over the next three to ten years, particularly for crypto assets.
