最新报道:According to a Wall Street Journal report on August 27th, following reports of users reaching out to chatbots for help during emotional breakdowns, OpenAI announced it will improve ChatGPT to more appropriately identify and respond to signs of psychological and emotional distress. In a blog post, OpenAI stated, "We are deeply affected by several recent heartbreaking cases where users have used ChatGPT during periods of extreme distress, and we believe it's important to share more information now." OpenAI stated that the upcoming update will help users reconnect to reality, even if they don't exhibit signs of serious self-harm. The company is also exploring ways to connect users with therapists before they reach a critical crisis. This represents a significant departure from the current model, which recommends contacting a suicide hotline when someone expresses a desire to self-harm.
