最新报道:According to Bijie.com, Telegram founder Pavel Durov has provided an update on the progress of his case in France. He stated that the criminal investigation against him is "struggling" to find any evidence of wrongdoing. In a Telegram post on Sunday, Durov called his arrest by French authorities in August 2024 "unprecedented," adding that holding a tech company executive responsible for the actions of an independent user is "legally and logically absurd." Durov also stated, "One year later, the 'criminal investigation' against me still struggles to find any wrongdoing by me or Telegram. Our content moderation practices are in line with industry standards, and Telegram has always responded to every legally binding request from France." He continued, "One year after this bizarre arrest, I still have to return to France every 14 days, and there's no date for an appeal." He also warned that the French government has caused irreparable damage to France's image as a free country.
