(NASDAQ: VERB, to be renamed Ton Strategy Company) announced today that its treasury assets have exceeded $780 million, including $713 million in Toncoin (TON) and $67 million in cash. This follows the completion of a $558 million private placement on August 8th, with participation from over 110 institutional and crypto-native investors. The company will use the majority of the proceeds from the private placement to purchase TON as its primary treasury reserve asset, with the goal of hoarding over 5% of TON's circulating supply.
