This policy emphasizes strengthening the supply of major application scenarios. It will establish AI scenario innovation projects to support open scenarios for "AI+" technological innovation, industrial upgrading, public services, and social livelihoods. It will encourage the creation of typical scenarios in niche industries. Each year, a number of key application scenario innovation tasks will be released and a "challenge and lead" competition will be organized. Successful projects will receive support of up to 20% of their scenario development investment, up to 10 million yuan. The government will also support the establishment of AI application bases in scientific research, providing support of up to 30% of the project's annual R&D investment, up to 10 million yuan.
