最新报道：According to Bijie.com, HashKey Chain announced the completion of on-chain deployment and official issuance of Hong Kong's first corporate note tokenization product. This product, a senior unsecured, fixed-rate USD tokenized note, was issued by Coastal Emerald Limited and guaranteed by Shangao Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (412 HK) (Fitch Rating: A-). GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Co., Ltd. served as the sole placement agent, overall coordinator, arranger, blockchain agent, and custodian for the tokenized securities. The issuance size was US$40 million. As the first corporate-dematerialized, registered digital native note deployed on HashKey Chain, this issuance marks a key step in the digitization of Hong Kong's bond market. HashKey Chain stated that this collaboration is a landmark case study in the blockchainization of traditional financial assets, fully demonstrating the security and efficiency advantages of its technical architecture. It also lays a solid foundation for the subsequent blockchainization of more innovative financial products, helping Hong Kong build its next-generation financial market infrastructure.
