最新报道:According to a report from Bijie.com, a leading influencer in Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) has liquidated his holdings and called the company's founder, Michael Saylor, a fraud. Josh Mandell, with over 140,000 followers on the social media platform X, is a highly respected spokesperson for the company in forums like r/MSTR. A post he published today has gone viral, claiming that Strategy executives reneged on their previously solemn promises. Protos previously reported that Saylor decided to amend page 96 of the company's July 31st earnings presentation. Key among his changes was the company's guidance that MSTR's common shareholders (MSTR) would not be diluted if the stock price to its net asset value (mNAV) ratio was between 1x and 2.5x. However, yesterday morning, Saylor added a third "catch-all" exception, which goes beyond the previously promised interest and dividend payments.
