最新报道：According to a report by Bijie.com, VivoPower International, a Nasdaq-listed XRP treasury company, announced that it has reached an agreement with Energi Holdings Limited. The latter will make a PIPE investment in its subsidiary Tembo at a valuation of US$200 million. After the transaction is completed, it will acquire a 51% stake in the company. The relevant transaction still needs to be reviewed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
