The subscription period is from August 18 to 29, 2025, and the total number of warrants is 716,894. If fully exercised, the company will raise approximately SEK 209 million (approximately US$21.9 million), which it plans to use to increase its Bitcoin holdings, purchasing approximately 186.8 Bitcoins.
