最新报道:According to a report from Bijie.com, the premium investors are willing to pay for Michael Saylor's MicroStrategy common stock has fallen to a 17-month low. Data tracking the "net asset value multiple" (mNAV) indicates that MSTR currently trades at a premium of just 1.4x to its underlying net asset value, the lowest level since February 2024. Even MicroStrategy's own reported mNAV—which uses a more relaxed enterprise value rather than underlying market capitalization to calculate the ratio between MSTR and its $74 billion in Bitcoin (BTC) holdings—is only 1.61 at press time. Even a chart of MSTR's mNAV calculated on a diluted basis shows it at 1.57, the lowest level since February 2024. MicroStrategy holds the world's largest Bitcoin reserve. Its founder claims that MSTR deserves a premium relative to its BTC holdings due to "credit leverage, options advantages, passive inflows, and superior institutional access." This premium has been eroded since November 2024 and is now back to its lowest level in February of the previous year.
