最新报道：According to Bijie.com, Citigroup is considering providing custody and payment services for stablecoins and crypto ETFs. Biswarup Chatterjee, Citi's head of global partnerships and innovation, stated that the primary focus is on providing custody services for high-quality assets backing stablecoins. The company is also exploring custody for digital assets such as Bitcoin spot ETFs, a sector currently dominated by Coinbase. Citigroup is also developing solutions to utilize stablecoins to improve cross-border payments and instant settlement efficiency, with plans to allow clients to transfer stablecoins between accounts or convert them into US dollars.
