最新报道:Former Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan executive Richard Kim has been indicted for allegedly misappropriating $4 million in investor funds meant for his blockchain gaming startup Zero Edge. Prosecutors say Kim lost most of the money through leveraged crypto trades and gambling on Shuffle, a crypto casino platform, while falsely blaming losses on a "treasury management strategy." The indictment reveals Kim admitted to investors in June 2024 that he lost $3.67 million through trading, while concealing his gambling activities. Galaxy Digital, where Kim previously worked, was among the defrauded investors. Kim was arrested in April and released on $250,000 bond, with plea negotiations reportedly unsuccessful.
