U.S. District Judge Yvonne dismissed Musk's request to clear himself of accusations that he weaponized lawsuits, social media posts, and media declarations to undermine OpenAI's success, allegedly to benefit his own generative AI startup, xAI. The trial is scheduled to take place in March next year at the federal court in Oakland, California.
