Ethereum adds smart contract functionality to Bitcoin, and the activity of its ecosystem is reflected in ETH. Specifically, ETH's strategic significance lies in three aspects: first, its scarcity under supply and demand conditions may give it reserve value; second, as the number of developers and users increases, its network effect will drive its value upward; and third, the compliant development of stablecoins and real-world assets (RWAs) will add further value.
