最新报道:According to a report from Bijie.com, a group of financial giants leveraged a cryptographic blockchain to trade U.S. Treasury bonds for digital dollars on Saturday, a departure from traditional Wall Street market trading methods. The transaction, conducted on the Canton network via Tradeweb, heralds a future where trading is no longer confined to the standard business week. Canton, a public blockchain developed by Digital Asset Holdings, served as a bridge for the transaction, allowing standard U.S. Treasury bond repurchase agreements (or repo transactions) to be conducted outside of normal trading hours. This online transaction bridges traditional asset classes with the 24/7 nature of cryptocurrencies.
