Bitcoin ETF Issuer WisdomTree Raises $400 Million in Convertible Senior Notes

最新报道：According to the Bijie.com report, Bitcoin exchange-traded fund issuer WisdomTree announced the issuance of convertible senior notes due in 2030 to qualified institutional buyers, intending to raise a total of US$400 million. WisdomTree will also grant the initial purchasers of the notes options to purchase an additional principal of up to US$60 million, part of which will be used to acquire Ceres Partners and for general corporate purposes.
