Galaxy Digital Appoints Matt Friedrich as Chief Legal Officer

最新报道：Galaxy Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: GLXY) (TSX: GLXY) announced today that Matt Friedrich will join the company as Chief Legal Officer, effective September 8. Friedrich will oversee Galaxy Digital's global legal and compliance efforts, including regulatory engagement, corporate governance, litigation, and public policy. He will report directly to CEO and Founder Mike Novogratz and become a core member of Galaxy Digital's senior leadership team. Prior to joining Galaxy Digital, Friedrich held several senior in-house legal positions. He served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Cognizant Technology Solutions, overseeing global legal, compliance, and government affairs, and as Chief Corporate Counsel at Chevron. He also served as a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Boies, Schiller & Flexner, representing multinational corporations in cross-border investigations, litigation, and compliance matters. Earlier in his career, Friedrich was a federal prosecutor, serving for 13 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, most recently as Acting Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division.
