He said that 70-75% of Gaza is under Israeli military control, but Hamas still holds two strongholds: Gaza City and the "Central Camp." Previously, Israel's Security Cabinet instructed the IDF to "dismantle" these two strongholds. Netanyahu said this was the "best way" to end the war. He added that Israel will allow civilians to move to designated safe zones, where they will receive "adequate" food, security, and medical care.
