CleanSpark faces $185 million in tariffs for imported Bitcoin mining rigs

最新报道：According to a report by Bijie.com, US crypto mining company CleanSpark disclosed that some of its Bitcoin mining machines imported between April and June 2024 were identified by US Customs as originating in China, potentially facing punitive tariffs of up to $185 million. CleanSpark denied the allegations, stating that its purchase contracts and supplier documents clearly indicate the machines were not made in China and that it would resolutely defend itself against the allegations. The report also reported that mining company IREN had previously faced a similar dispute involving $100 million.
