最新报道:According to Bijie.com, Parataxis Holdings announced Wednesday that it will merge with SilverBox Corp IV SPAC, aiming to raise $640 million for a Bitcoin treasury company that will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. A statement stated, "The business combination will provide Parataxis Holdings with up to approximately $240 million in funding, subject to redemptions by SBXD (SilverBox Corp IV SPAC) shareholders. This includes an immediate capital injection of $31 million to purchase BTC equity." Parataxis also stated that it has "entered into a share purchase agreement" allowing it to "issue and sell up to $400 million in equity," adding that these merger actions "may provide up to $640 million in gross proceeds to support the execution and acceleration of its Bitcoin treasury strategy." Once the merger is complete, the new company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PRTX. Several other companies are also developing approaches to pursue the Bitcoin treasury model pioneered by Michael Saylor's Strategy. According to The Block Data Dashboard, the cumulative holdings of Bitcoin Treasury companies are approaching $90 billion. Parataxis founder and CEO Edward Chin said in a statement, "Today's announcement brings us closer to realizing our vision of creating a publicly traded company that provides differentiated exposure to Bitcoin." The planned BTC Treasury company will specifically target the US and South Korean markets. In June of this year, Parataxis Holdings announced a definitive agreement between Parataxis Holdings, Parataxis Korea Fund I LLC, and Bridge Biotherapeutics to launch its South Korean Bitcoin Treasury strategy.
