Co-hosted by FAIR3, CARV, and HackQuest, the event attracted over 600 applications and 200+ project submissions, focusing on key topics such as technical fairness, privacy rights, and AI infrastructure. 21 winning projects were selected, covering areas such as AI infrastructure, identity systems, and data orchestration. The FAIR3 section offered a $30,000 prize to support institutional design and public infrastructure innovation; the CARV section offered a $20,000 prize focused on blockchain-based AI agents and the development of modular identity systems. FAIR3 also launched the "Fairness Incubation Program," providing funding and community support to outstanding projects and encouraging developers to sign the "Technical Fairness Commitment Agreement" to jointly build an open and transparent technological future.
