最新报道：According to Bijie.com, former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao filed a petition in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court to dismiss a $1.76 billion clawback lawsuit filed by FTX Trust. The lawsuit involves a 2021 share repurchase transaction in which FTX alleges the use of customer funds and claims that Zhao and other Binance executives received improper benefits. Zhao argued that he is based in the UAE, outside the jurisdiction of the Delaware courts, and that he was merely the "nominal counterparty" in the transaction. FTX's attempt to blame Binance for Bankman-Fried's actions is unfounded. Binance has also stated that the allegation is without merit and will actively respond.
