最新报道：According to a report in Dahe Daily's "See" section on August 4th, two key electronic evidence appraisal reports related to a Zhejiang man surnamed Li involved in the "Fantasy Westward Journey" scam were recently withdrawn and re-uploaded using the original document IDs after being published on the Guangzhou Public Law Chain Evidence Display Platform. Neither the original version nor the public chain hash has been made public, making their authenticity impossible to verify. The Guangdong Xinzheng Judicial Appraisal Institute, which issued the reports, claimed only that punctuation adjustments had been made. The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice confirmed the withdrawal, finding that the company had not strictly adhered to the "General Rules of Judicial Appraisal Procedures" and requiring rectification. Mr. Li has filed for administrative reconsideration.
