最新报道:CACEIS, the asset servicing division of Credit Agricole, has taken a minority stake in French fintech Kriptown to back the launch of Lise, a blockchain-based exchange targeting SMEs and mid-cap firms. Dubbed Europe’s first tokenized exchange for streamlined equity financing and public listings, Lise is awaiting regulatory approval as a DLT Trading and Settlement System under the EU pilot regime. If greenlit, it will enable direct issuance, trading, and settlement of financial instruments on a distributed ledger, reducing IPO time and costs. The platform will feature a 24/7 secondary market, bypassing traditional clearing bottlenecks. CACEIS, which secured MiCA approval this year, aims to expand its digital asset footprint through the partnership. Kriptown, specializing in tokenization infrastructure, plans Lise’s first IPO for 2025, pending approvals.
