The company previously won a final appeal against a case involving 295 million yuan in pledged deposits, but Shanghai Pudong Development Bank countersued for "property damage compensation dispute," accusing Sci-Tech Wisdom of management lapses. Legal experts stated that the countersuit does not constitute a duplicate lawsuit, as both the status of the parties involved and the subject matter of the litigation have changed. Currently, the remaining 85 million yuan in unmatured deposits are under separate litigation.
