Cboe equities exchange takes the next step and files for Canary's staked INJ fund

最新报道：Cboe BZX Exchange has filed with the SEC for a spot Injective (INJ) ETF on behalf of sponsor Canary Capital Group LLC, which first proposed the Canary Staked INJ ETF this month. The exchange also submitted paperwork for an Invesco Galaxy Solana ETF, as multiple firms seek SEC approval for spot SOL funds. These filings follow the two-step crypto ETF proposal process amid a more favorable regulatory climate since January. The SEC recently indicated some staking activities may not constitute securities offerings, potentially paving the way for staking components in crypto ETFs, following Rex-Osprey's launch of the first U.S. staked crypto ETF earlier this month.
