最新报道：Do Kwon and the U.S. government have jointly requested a third delay in filing legal documents related to the SEC’s fraud case against Terraform Labs and its co-founder. The motion, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeks to push the deadline from March 13 to March 26, citing ongoing settlement discussions. Both parties stated they are working toward a resolution and require additional time to finalize terms. The SEC initially sued Terraform and Kwon in February 2023 for allegedly orchestrating a multi-billion dollar crypto fraud. Kwon, currently detained in Montenegro, faces extradition requests from both the U.S. and South Korea.
