最新报道:Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) has tokenized a ¥100 billion ($680 million) Osaka skyscraper on a blockchain in partnership with real estate firm Kanden Realty & Development. The digital securities, issued via MUFG's Progmat platform, represent ownership in the 32-story Nakanoshima Festival Tower West. This marks Japan's first real estate digital security offering under revised financial laws enabling blockchain-based asset tokenization. The move aims to boost liquidity in Japan's $1.7 trillion real estate market by allowing fractional ownership. MUFG plans to expand Progmat for other asset classes, positioning Japan as a leader in blockchain-based financial innovation.
