Burwick Law names Solana and Jito executives in expanded RICO case against Pump

The amended complaint alleges RICO violations tied to illegal gambling, wire fraud, and unlicensed money transmission, accusing these entities of being "architects, beneficiaries, and co-conspirators" in an alleged $722.85 million illegal gambling scheme. Plaintiffs claim Pump.fun's lack of AML controls enabled North Korea's Lazarus Group to launder funds from the $1.5 billion Bybit hack through a memecoin. The case consolidates earlier investor complaints against Pump.fun's PNUT token.
