最新报道:According to the news from the Coin World Network, on July 22, a wave of covert browser crypto mining attacks is spreading on the Internet, and more than 3,500 websites have been implanted with secret Monero mining scripts. The cybersecurity company c/side first discovered this still active attack activity. Unlike traditional cryptojacking, these malware avoid the obvious characteristics of traditional cryptojacking by limiting CPU usage and hiding traffic in WebSocket streams. The attackers follow the strategy of "keeping a low profile and mining slowly", reusing access rights obtained in past attacks to target unpatched websites and e-commerce servers. According to an anonymous information security researcher, the attackers are likely to have controlled thousands of hacked WordPress websites and e-commerce stores. These malware use throttled WebAssembly miners, limit CPU usage and communicate through WebSockets, making them difficult to detect by traditional methods.
