Thailand SEC to Relax Crypto Investor Testing Rules

最新报道：According to a report by Bijie.com, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand has proposed to amend the ICO regulatory rules to allow non-institutional investors to pass a knowledge test once without having to repeat the test, replacing the current requirement of testing every three months. The new rules will force ICO portals to conduct suitability tests on all digital token investors and review them every two years to ensure that investors' risk tolerance matches the product risks. This move is intended to reduce the burden on investors and align with existing securities regulatory standards. The public can submit comments on the proposal before August 1.
