The Arbitrum One chain alone attracted $39.2M, offsetting minor outflows from Arbitrum Nova. Meanwhile, Optimism saw $4.6M in outflows, and Base experienced a $5.8M net outflow despite recent growth. Arbitrum's strong performance comes amid rising activity, with its total value locked (TVL) reaching $10.5B, accounting for 41% of all Layer 2 TVL. The network's ARB token has also gained 15% this week, trading around $1.07.
