USD’ is fully compliant with the GENIUS Act, 1:1 redeemable for US dollars, and its assets are supported by Franklin Templeton's BENJI and Superstate's USTB, and can be directly exchanged with USDC and a variety of mainstream stablecoins. USD’ supports Solana's confidential transfer function, taking into account privacy and compliance.
