The deal aims to streamline staking operations by integrating Ironforge's automated validator management tools into Sanctum's platform. Sanctum co-founder FP Lee stated the acquisition will improve user experience and validator efficiency on Solana. Ironforge's team will join Sanctum, bringing expertise in validator operations and infrastructure. The move comes as Sanctum seeks to expand its liquid staking solutions amid growing demand for decentralized finance (DeFi) services on Solana. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
