最新报道:Bitcoin Core developers have resolved a five-year-old disk-fill vulnerability (CVE-2023-51467) that could have allowed attackers to crash nodes by spamming OP_RETURN transactions. The fix, included in Bitcoin Core 27.0, limits OP_RETURN data to 223 bytes, preventing malicious actors from bloating the UTXO set. While the bug was known since 2018, it gained urgency after being exploited in September 2023. Core developer Luke Dashjr emphasized the importance of node operators upgrading, as unpatched nodes remain vulnerable to denial-of-service attacks. The update also includes other security improvements and performance optimizations for the Bitcoin network.
