The collaboration will integrate Lucid's luxury electric vehicles and Nuro's driverless delivery pods into Uber's ride-hailing and delivery platforms. Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi stated the move accelerates their zero-emission goals while meeting growing demand for autonomous transport. Lucid will supply 15,000 premium EVs for Uber's high-end service, while Nuro provides 5,000 delivery vehicles for Uber Eats. The companies plan to begin pilot testing in select U.S. cities by late 2026.
