最新报道:PayPal expands its PYUSD stablecoin to Arbitrum blockchain, enabling faster and cheaper transactions for Ethereum users. The move aims to enhance accessibility and utility of the dollar-pegged stablecoin in decentralized finance (DeFi) applications. Arbitrum's layer-2 scaling solution offers lower fees compared to Ethereum's mainnet, making PYUSD more cost-effective for payments and transfers. PayPal initially launched PYUSD on Ethereum in August 2023, partnering with Paxos Trust Company as the issuer. The integration marks another step in PayPal's crypto strategy, following its 2020 entry into digital assets with Bitcoin and Ethereum trading services. Arbitrum becomes the second blockchain to support PYUSD after Ethereum.
