最新报道：According to the news from the currency network, on July 16, Hut 8 (NASDAQ | TSX: HUT) announced today that it has completed the rebranding of its enterprise, closely integrating its external image with the "power-first, platform-led" business model. Since the merger with US Bitcoin Corp in November 2023, the company has achieved a number of strategic breakthroughs under the leadership of CEO Asher Genoot: expanding the energy infrastructure platform to 15 facilities with a total capacity of 1,020MW; establishing a 10,800MW power procurement channel; promoting AI data center projects including the Louisiana Riverbend campus; restructuring the Bitcoin mining business into an independent entity, American Bitcoin; and increasing the shareholding ratio of institutional investors from 12% to 55%.
