最新报道：According to the news from Bijie.com, SGA, a company listed on Kosdaq in South Korea, has passed a resolution of the board of directors to issue approximately 58.86 million common shares to an investor alliance including Sora Ventures, AsiaStrategy, Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich and Korean investment institution KCGI, with a total fundraising amount of approximately 34.49 billion won (approximately US$25 million).
