最新报道:According to a report by Bijie.com, Jefferies Group analyzed that the Singapore dollar is likely to appreciate to parity with the US dollar in the next five years. Christopher Wood, a strategist at the group, wrote in his Greed and Fear newsletter that since the Federal Reserve began raising interest rates in March 2022, the Singapore dollar has appreciated against almost all major currencies, confirming its status as the "Asian Swiss Franc". Wood said that Singapore's bond yields remain attractive for conservative funds focused on wealth preservation. From a five-year perspective, it is not far-fetched to expect the Singapore dollar to reach parity with the US dollar, which means the Singapore dollar will appreciate by 28%. So far this year, the Singapore dollar has risen by more than 6% against the US dollar.
