最新报道:Japanese real estate firm Ruden Holdings has launched a blockchain-based investment project, tokenizing a commercial property in Tokyo's Minato Ward. The initiative, developed with blockchain startup Boostry, allows investors to purchase security tokens representing fractional ownership in the 1.3 billion yen ($8.7 million) building. This marks Japan's first real estate tokenization project compliant with the country's revised Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. The tokens will be issued on the proprietary "ibet" blockchain platform, with secondary trading expected to begin in December 2023. The project aims to democratize real estate investment by lowering minimum investment thresholds.
